The rooms were a good size with a layout I really liked. The breakfast was excellent, with attentive staff keeping everything clean and well-stocked. The valet service was courteous, and the room cleaning crew was fast. However, there was no decaf coffee at breakfast, and the parking garage next door was problematic. Despite some issues, I appreciated the hotel's dog-friendly policy, large windows, and beautiful showers. The check-in process was a bit unsettling, with a staff member wearing sunglasses indoors, which wasn't very welcoming. Despite the arrival confusion and small pool, the location was convenient and the room size and cleanliness were impressive.

The staff at the hotel were super nice and helpful, especially Marie at the front desk, she was a real gem! The room size was good with comfy beds, and the location was convenient for getting around with plenty of dining options nearby. The heated swimming pool and the relaxation in the jacuzzi were perfect after a long day out exploring. Despite being in a business district, it was a tad quiet around the hotel at night. 🔑

So glad we choose it, it's excellent place for staying in Washington.

Bonus: I appreciated the British-style tea available in the lobby!

The suite we stayed in was marvelous - huge, clean, and with a comfortable bed and a great view. The breakfast spread was delicious, and we loved hanging out at the indoor pool and rooftop terrace during our downtime. The only hiccup was a bit of water damage in the bathroom, but it didn't spoil the overall experience. 🌟

The room keys deactivated multiple times, which was a bit inconvenient as we needed them to use the elevator. Additionally, the location was not ideal for our needs as it was quite far from the attractions and the tour bus pick-up point.

The pool area was perfect for a midday nap, and the hotel's location allowed me to explore Embassy Row and enjoy a show at the Kennedy Center. The on-site fitness center kept me motivated to work out.
